A Farewell Reflection

Today is a very special day to us all as we have gathered here to join our second year philosophy brothers, in thanking God for his wondrous works in their lives, in the past two years, at DNC and wish them well for their future mission (regency).

We live in a dynamic universe, which is constantly evolving. Our founding father St Ignatius believed in a God who is dynamic, a God who continues to labour in his creation. As I understand creation is an ongoing activity of transforming chaos into cosmos. Teilhard de Chardin sees the whole creation moving with direction towards the Omega point. And it is there that the creation meets Christ its Saviour.
